2. No Refunds, No Cancellations
All book purchases made through this website (www.ruthmdixon.com) are final and non‑refundable for any reason once the order is placed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Accidental purchases
• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Delays caused by the carrier
• Dissatisfaction with content or format
Because each book is printed and fulfilled on demand, we cannot cancel, modify, or refund orders after they have been submitted.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Your order will be processed and fulfilled through our print‑on‑demand partner. Once your book ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
Shipping times may vary based on carrier volume, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
4. Lost, Missing, or Delayed Orders
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window:
• Please contact us through our Contact Page
• Provide your order number and full name
• We will investigate the issue with the fulfillment provider
Please note that delays caused by the carrier do not qualify for refunds.
5. Damaged Orders
If your book arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To process a replacement request, you must provide:
• A clear photo of the damaged item
• A photo of the packaging (if applicable)
• Your order number
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement copy to be shipped at no additional cost.
Replacements are issued only for items damaged during shipping.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Wix Payments). We do not store or have access to your payment information (i.e., full credit card or payment card details). This sensitive financial information is securely processed by our third-party processors, whose use of your payment information is governed by Wix Payments Terms of Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages or data breaches resulting from the acts or omissions of these third-party processors.
